Job Description

What we offer is challenging work in close collaboration with healthcare. The tasks include, among other things, technical work in clean rooms, inventory management, packing preparations for healthcare units, and cleaning in sterile environments. The duties of a pharmacy technician may also include inventory management at the liquid storage, picking and packing of liquid carts, shelf-life control, ordering, etc. Handling of heavier goods occurs.

You enjoy working with people and are engaged and helpful both in meetings with healthcare staff and in collaboration with your colleagues. Working hours vary between 07:00–17:00 on weekdays without holidays.

Work Group

The Medicines Center has undergone a long series of changes over several years and has multiplied in scope and mission. The Medicines Center comprises three units: clinical pharmacology, healthcare pharmacy, and the hospital pharmacy, and has employees at all three hospitals in the county. The center also includes research and education at both basic and advanced levels, in line with the university healthcare mission. We have a daily life consisting of new opportunities and developments; seize the chance to become part of it!

About You

We are looking for you who have upper secondary education. Experience of working in a preparation unit at a hospital pharmacy is meritorious. Experience of laboratory work is also meritorious.

You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing, corresponding to at least level C1. You have good computer skills and feel confident working in various digital systems.

Your work is characterized by precision and quality awareness. You are structured and can prioritize your work in an efficient and careful manner. You adapt easily to changed conditions and are solution-oriented. During quieter times, you seek tasks that add value to the operations. In relations with others, you are attentive and accommodating, and sensitive to the needs of healthcare and other operations. You have good cooperation skills, are stress-resistant, and can juggle many balls in the air.
